Allow Free Shipping issue in Cart Discount

  • Hi,
    as mentioned Here in cart discount should appear Allow free shipping option.
    As you suggest i have activated WooCommerce Free shipping and enabled it by selecting A valid free shipping coupon
    I can’t understand why it’s not visible at all.
    Can you please help?
