Allow for custom capabilities to be changed in settings

    Feature request please. Allow for capabilities needed to access parts of the plugin to be changeable in settings to custom capability.

    For instance on all of my sites I use User Role Editor to setup custom capabilities for certain user roles. Would love to be able to update settings to change the capability needed to access and manage the broken links section only (not the settings tab) in the local version.

    Currently when there’s an update to the plugin we have to modify it in order to give access to the necessary users.
