Allow export to SSL and non-SSL site

Hi all,

for the export of the website, I currently need to decide whether the target URL is using HTTP or HTTPS. However, I have a couple of sites where the server serves both HTTP and HTTPS (the same content).
Therefore, it is currently not possible to use the plugin to create content that works both for HTTP and HTTPS.
Could a simple solution be to only use the protocol-independent version, i.e., “//example.com” instead of “https://example.com” or “https://example.com”?
