Allow Editors With Additional Edit User Permission to Edit Other User Profiles

Hi,

I noticed the following post but it was closed for new replies:

I am encountering the same situation as in the last reply of that post.

I’ve added the create/edit/remove/list user capabilities to the Editor role; however, it is not giving me Edit User rights for any other user (i.e., normal subscribers, or anything else below them). I am using multisite. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
