Allow Editor Roles to access plugin settings

I have restricted access to parts of my site through Members Press’s Members plugin but I want to have an a Person in the Editor role serve as Forum Admin and sometimes create new forums so it is my understanding that they will need access to the plugin but I cannot find a permission to grant them access.

Is there a work around I am not seeing?
