Allow Editor access to Settings

    See the Access tab in EME settings. You can change the access rights needed to edit the settings (at the bottom)

    Like mentioned on the Access tab:
    Use a plugin like “User Role Editor” to add/edit capabilities and roles

    So create your own capabilities/roles, assign those to users and set the needed capability in the Access tab for the Settings permission
