Allow editing of only part of a post

Hello, I’m trying to figure out this is possible:

I’m making a user role where I want the person to be able to edit others published posts, however I do not want them to edit the actual content of others posts, I just want them to be able to edit a few fields like the featured image or other specific settings within the post. Is this possible to restrict the edit_others_posts like this?
