Allow Editing of 3rd Party Plugsin

    I am unable to allow anyone other than Administrators access to 3rd Party plugin options. Here is a screenshot of Convert Plug options. With all options granted no one but administrators can see the other options. I’ve tried creating a Custom Capability, but that didn’t allow access either.

    Anyone know how to allow access to these other plugins?
