Allow customers to view/edit submitted orders

My shop sells a digital product/service. Customers are required to enter information during checkout in custom fields provided by the plugin, N-Media WooCommerce Personalized Checkout Options Manager V2.0.4.
Is there a way I can allow the customer to log back into their account and view the data they submitted in these fields, and even edit it?
