Allow CRM Contact to lookup information

    I’ve created forms and lists and exposed the data in WP. What I hope to do is provide a way for a Contact to enter their name and birth date. Then expose related records found based on what the Contact entered. I assume there would be 2 pages. 1 with CRM form to collect name and birth date. The other to display view of results. I stuck getting them to work together. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated?

    Hi @herbj

    I would probably go for a single page with a form and then use submitted values to render the results using twig. Submitted values would be available as part of the request object and you’ll be able to use those to tailor fetchxml to return the results.
