Allow creation of notification to certain roles

    Currently any author can create a notification. Can you add option to limit this to administrator role only?

    Hi @carry2web

    Currently, such a feature to limit certain users from using certain functionality is not available in FooBar. However, you can use many of the user role editor/manager plugins, such as the User Role Editor plugin, to limit certain users from being able to create a notification.

    Our users are authors (members).
    FooBar should only be visible for administrators in wp-admin menu.
