Allow Clients to Upload and Download from a Secure Page Plugin

  • Need a little help here.

    I have a need to allow a client to login and be able to upload sensitive files (preferably into a file outside of the web docs (web root)directory and then be able to load back updated files to an area that ONLY this specific client can access via a login.
    Please because of the sensitive data being uploaded. Would like for the page to be SSL protected and uploaded via SFTP (FTPES).

    I have searched and haven’t found anything that will work yet. Anyone know of a plugin that might exist for this purpose?
