Allow choosing the thumbnail size

It would be great if we could choose the thumbnail size that the plugin should use (or even better if the plugin could choose the most appropriate of the generated thumbnails based on the size of the specified image).

Currently, the plugin takes the original uploaded image. This image is a much higher resolution that is needed and is then scaled down. It would help with load times since smaller images would be downloaded.
