allow capital letters in coupons

    A client created a mailing with a coupon code that has a capitalized first letter Coupon15. The plugin automatically changes Coupon15->coupon15 but they already printed and sent out the inserts. Is there a way to enable capitalized letters in coupon codes? Or maybe make an override for this one coupon?

  • Hi,

    Coupons in WC are not case sensitive, so even though the user enters “Coupon15”, it is still being read for your “coupon15” coupon.
