We have products (shirts/hooded sweatshirts) that come in different sizes, so we have variations set. Within each variation, we have ‘Allow backorders’ set to ‘Do not allow’, however customers are able to backorder them. We’re running the following WooCommerce-related plug-ins on the site:

    WooCommerce 3.3.5
    Aftership – WooCommerce Tracking 1.8.5
    WooCommerce Product Bundles – 2.8.5

Any assistance that can be provided is most appreciated. Thanks!

    Hey there,

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    Thanks!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
