Allow author role to access job listings

    Hello, is there a way to allow job listings to be accessible to those with ‘author’ role capabilities in WordPress? Or must they be administrators?

    Hey @page52,

    When a user role is set to Author, they cannot submit or edit job submissions from the site wp-admin; but they can create them from the front end like any other logged-in user.

    If you need to have Author accounts adding job listings from your wp-admin (which is something that we don’t recommend, generally speaking), you can explore third-party plugins that can help you achieve that, like the User Role Editor plugin.
