    Hello,

Your system blocks all the IPs of our clients installed in Madagascar, even though they are not SPAMS (why?)

How to authorize an IP address range, without having to enter each IP address in whitelist at each blocking?

    Thank you
    Dominique

    Hello, @domdomdomdom.

    Please, use this guide:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/blacklist-usage

You can whitelist IP ranges and networks.

Also, your anti-spam log should have all necessary details of the blocked data:

    Yes I have read.

But your support doesn’t say how to block an IP address range, or why my Madagasar clients are blocked with all IP addresses.

    Why ?

And I still won’t have to whitelist every IP address?

as asked, how to whitelist a range of IP addresses?

If I put an IP range, Cleantalk gives me an error message, example: 154.126.85.0/99 – Wrong format

How to authorize all IPs starting with 154?

    Thanks

Please, read this to understand how IP ranges work.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subnetwork

Use this tool to know the mask of subnet:
    https://jodies.de/ipcalc?host=154.0.0.1&mask1=8&mask2=

Please, note, if you list any address that starts from 154 you block/unblock 16777214 addresses. Be sure that you know what you do.

Also, the countries subnets are not sorted or fixed in the addresses pool.

P.S. You can blacklist a country using our service, but you can’t whitelist it.

    The problem is, however, simple.

CleanTalk blocks all the IP addresses of my clients located in Madascar and starting with 154 (why?).

    And the question is:
In what format should I whitelist an IP address range starting with 154?

Because CleanTalk tells me “wrong format” for 154.126.85.0/99

Or in other words, how can I no longer block my customers (IP addresses starting with 154) who did nothing, simply wanted to complete a Contact Form?

    .

The plugin can’t do it the way you suppose. There are other reasons for blocks.

Please, contact us via the ticket system and tell us exact ip addresses you are talking about.

I cannot open a ticket on Cleantalk.
When I open a ticket on my Cleantalk account, the ticket link sends me here on WordPress tickets.

    I already tried yesterday.

Can you just write me the IP format that I need to whitelist for addresses starting with 154?

I gave you the direct link to the ticket opening https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open

If you are sure to whitelist this range, add 154.0.0.1/8 to your personal whitelist.

But this is not a correct solution.

    Best regards,

We have found the records you are talking about and made some changes from our side.

You can remove the record 154.0.0.1/8 if you already have added it.

Please, contact us via https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open to know more

No, if I enter 154.0.0.1/8 in the IP parameters to whitelist, I get the message “Wrong format”

Really I do not understand how to stop blocking our customers in Madagascar …

I have just opened a ticket on the indicated medium
