Allow Admins to upload files

First of all, love the plugin – props!

Just wondering if it’s at all possible to allow Admins to upload files against orders, not just the customers? I’m offering off the shelf design services. Once a concept is ready for the customer to view I’d like to upload it into the customers account area to download and view.
