Allow relative offsets in the conditional handling of dates:

    (1) Open the table to the correct page containing a date that is approaching, as opposed to making the user page through multiple table pages to get to the row containing the date. For example, if a given date in a row is + or – with n days (user-variable), then display the table starting with the page that contains that row.

    (2) Allow conditional formatting to be applied based to an approaching date (again, a user-variable that can specific perhaps + or – 10 days). For example, allow the rule to be specified as: If {date-in-column} is Today-10 days, then set row color Yellow; If {date-in-column} is Today-5 days, then set row color Orange; If {date-in-column} is => Today the set row color Red

    Hi there,

Thanks for nice idea, we added to our list.

First request could be more or less accomplished with placeholders, though it would not open the table at a certain page, just e.g. not show any records before that date.

Using today in conditional formatting rules is a good idea.
