Allow “Add media” in description of product

Media support in the description and short description input field of the product edit form is currently unavailable by default. But there are hooks available to modify the text editor.

You can use dokan_product_short_description this filter hook to modify the short description editor and dokan_product_description this hook to modify the description’s one.
