Allow access to other levels of user?

Hi,

I’d like to be able to create a role (other than Administrator) that can access the backend of Weight Tracker (so my staff can add assessments but not access other things).

I use the plugin User Role Editor to allow them access to other things but can’t seem to find any options for Weight Tracker in there.

Is there a way to do this please?
