Allocate editors to new articles automatically

  • Hi,

    I am trying to find a plugin that will let me organise a group of editors. I have found editflow but that doesn’t seem to do what we need.

    I would like to email different editors whenever a new article is submitted and is pending review. The editors emailed could be chosen according to the categories chosen for the article by the writer.

    If possible it would be good if the editor could then log in and select the articles they want to edit, and so lock them off from another editor choosing them.

    So my question! Is there a plugin that could do this, or part of this?
