AllDay event should block recurring event

Here’s my problem:

I have recurring events every week, except during holidays. These are set as allday events in a category. To avoid showing the recurring events during holidays, you have to manually remove the holiday period in each recurring event.

Is there a possibility that for a certain category, recurring events in this period are automatically deleted or not displayed?
