All works but no download, why?

  • Hello everybody,
    All works, uploaded the product, added the shortcode, paid via PayPal, redirected to my thankyou page, but the download window doesn’t run. Why?
    I also verified that in /wp-content/uploads/paid-downloads/files my file exists, and it’s so.
    Where is the problem? I forgot a step?

  • Im’ also having the same issue. https://tffppodcast.com/premium. My free files work fine, but the paid ones do not. The link comes up, but the dl link doesn’t come up. In internet explorer it came up with a cannot find site when I know very well my own site exists. *smiles*
