All WordPress themes scrambled ETC

Hello guys, im sorry to be a bother, but im having a tough time with my blog gameinitiator.com If you look at the theme heading of my blog it looks really scrambled up. For some reason all the themes that I upload turns out like this I mean all of them. When i click on “Design” aka presentation on WP 2.3 i can’t see my theme previews it just shows an red x in a small box in the corner of the bigger box. One more thing, I get a bunch of red x marks all through my editing section or scribbled-like colors on my edit buttons. i cant upload images, my login section has a big black mark on the word “WordPress” it looks like someone took a black pen and scribbled. so far I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled a couple times and no help. Im am so sorry to be a distraction, but if anybody can help it will be remembered. Thank You so much! ??
