All widgets are gone…

So nothing changes at all.
If it was just about fp and slide could be related to the customizr-polylang bridge, but site title and tagline aren’t related to customizr, they are wp stuff, so there’s something not working there either in your wp or polylang.
You better ask to the polylang support forum..

You said that now it works, but it has lost the translations strings.. so .. don’t think they’ll come back but probably you’ve nothing to lose (since you haven’t them anymore) so.. try ??

I got another site , a fresh one, but now it is Polylang that works but Customizr not.

Could it be the update from WP?

this is the fresh new site kind of testes site…
I dont know why but the title from the blogs are not consistent. they are both h2 but one is bigger then the other….

Making some tests I have found that once I had disabled my “text ” widgets it started working again.

Still I donot know where the issue begins : Customizr or polylang….

Maybe if you add some “text” widgets you get the same as I did.

I had text by the rightside bar, 3 times by the footer, twice extras featured pages by the frontpage.
When I deleted all of them I was able to save string translations again…
Then I included text by the footer (3x) it was ok. When including another text area I got that issue again, no translations saved….

I hope you can find why and how to solve it….

About the problem with the widgets…
So the problem is the number of text widgets?
3 is fine, 4 is not?
And what about their length?
Anyway, I’m sorry:
1) I cannot reproduce it
2) Don’t think is related to customizr, maybe to polylang, but it can also be a memory issue ..

Do you have any caching plugin enabled?

If so, try disabling and testing again.

I had problems with WP Supercache enabled last week when diagnosing a site. Disabled it, Delete Cache and all went back to normal

About the titles: I donot why but some pages/posts where imprted as a sticky one. As soon as pages /posts were defined No sticky they had a “normal” h2 size.

About the text widgets…
I was pasting the Twitter widget code (from twitter.com) as a text. Thought it would be better than having another plugin. Just read a reply to my post by Polylang support and it looks like that was the reason.

It looks like to reproduce the “error” you need to put some codes in the text area widgets…

The 2 common plugins are WP Supercache and W3 Total Cache.

They are used to enhance Performance.
