All web page text rendered in hover color

  • One of my visitors reports that the text of the page below renders in the Hover font color (light blue instead of the correct dark blue). He says all other pages render in dark blue. He is using Windows/Firefox. The page displays correctly on my computer using the same combination, and that of a team member who checked.

    I will tell him to try purging cache, but in the meantime, does anyone have suggestions as to cause and prevention?
