3. I’m testing it with the order:
Item #1, Provboxen: 0, Default, 1
Item #2, Microcement 2,5 liter: 5 kg, Default, 1
etc
Total order weight: 5 kg
Order subtotal: 1795 sek
Shipping destination: Sweden, 61164, Nyk?ping

4. I expect to see
Nothing. The shipping section should not be displayed at all.

Let’s split things apart.

First one is that you see some shipping options while the shipping calculator is disabled. That’s how WooCommerce works. The ‘Enable the shipping calculator on the cart page’ option does only controls appearance of the ‘Calculate shipping’ link/button on the cart page. It’s not supposed to hide shipping options. You probably want to ‘Hide shipping costs until an address is entered’ as well.
