All versions beyond 2.9.9.2 crash if any CSS or JS optimization is done

Hi,

I have been using Litespeed Cache is about a year now and did not face any issue since I initially optimized the settings suitable for my website. But all the recent releases are breaking the complete layout in all pages.

The only way I can am able to fix the layout issue is by deactivating all CSS and JS minify and async load features. If I enable these I always get mixed content warning in browser dev console and layout is completely broken. I am having already having WordPress Address and Site address with https. The releases till 2.9.9.2 never caused this sort of issue. I am using all latest plugins, themes and wordpress versions.
