Hello, You can find the french version of my message in the bottom (my nativelanguage).

I got a WordPress site (mulitiste), the site 1 is a marketplace with WooCommerce, WC Vendors and MangoPay plugins.

In Mangopay options, I said that all buyers are individuals (which is logical), and all sellers/professionals are businesses.

But when I add a vendor on the site and setup its mangopay data like IBAN account, all those vendors are considered as individuals. Why ?

I was in phone with the Mangopay support that told me that all payments were blocked because of that (businesses considered as individuals).

I guess it’s a bug of the plugin but I’m not sure. Can you help please ? It’s kind of urgent.

I tested with the last version of the plugin without any success.

Hey Florian, thanks for your message and sorry to hear you’re having troubles. I’ve recreate the flow you describe and I’m unable to reproduce it, so it’s possible you have an issue with your signup form or a conflict with another plugin. Could you perhaps send over your website address so we can look into your user flow more clearly? And/or, describe each step you need to take in order to become a vendor on your platform.
