All users deleted

  • This plugin worked perfectly but since the last 2 updates whenever I try to reset, it deletes all the users including admin and I have no option left other than to add an admin from the database or sometimes re-installing WordPress. This needs to be fixed ASAP

    Just a question please, have changed anything in your WordPress installation before your notice this issue? Like upgrading your WordPress to the latest version?

    No. Nothing was changed/updated in the dashboard. I think this is happening after the WordPress 5.7 or 5.8 update. Please check and fix asap. Thank you

    Seems 6 months have gone and the problem has not been fixed as all my users were deleted including admin… no access…
