So the plugin has been working pretty well for a while, but then today I went to a specific page on my website, only to be told I’d been banned from the site – which is the custom text I’d added for bots. My web hosting provider said it was a problem between this plugin and CloudFlare, though CloudFlare say the issue isn’t with them. I deactivated the plugin and I can now access the page again. Why would the plugin suddenly ban all visitors from one page, when they can still see pages on the rest of the site, and how do I fix it so I can use the plugin again? Thanks!

Glad to help. It sounds like you are using caching on your site, correct? If so, that would explain any weird behavior. As explained in the documentation, Blackhole is not yet compatible with all caching plugins. You can learn more in the plugin docs and also in this article, which applies to both free and pro versions. Let me know if I can provide any further infos, glad to help.
