    Hi,

    I updated today my supportcandy Plugin from Version 2.3.1 to Version 3.0.9. I followed all instructions from the process. I saw that all tickets are imported. But after the “successful” update no ticket was shown in the Ticket list. The DB Table where version 3.0.x saves the Tickets is also empty.

    Have someone similar Problems and know how to fix them?

    Hello there,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Please revert back to version 2 and create a ticket on our system. We need to debug further.
