    Hi CZ,

What thumbnails are you referring to? Are you referring to images in content or images on Facebook? Can you provide more information and an example so we can help.

The thumbnails affected are ones used by other widgets and plugin:

    • Content.ad widget with multiple suggested posts found on around the footer of the site.
    • AddThis Smart Layer plugin which displays a small sliding overlay for the next post, also found on the bottom of the site.

Thanks so much in advance for your help.

    Hi CZ,

I’m not familiar with those plugins but there could be a conflict with the way they handle Open Graph meta. That default image is only used as the OG:Image for Open Graph social meta so if those plugins are looking for the presence of an OG:Image and using that then you’d need to contact the developer of those plugins for help.

If you don’t want that default image to appear in your source code then delete it from All in One SEO Pack, Social Meta, Default OG Image or disable the Social Meta module in Feature Manager.

Thanks for your help. I’ve tried disabling the Social Meta feature, but the images never went back to normal. I’ve also deleted the image from the server, but some of the thumbnails began showing blank images and some the default, so needless to say it wasn’t a success either.

    Hi CZ,

I’d say that either this is due to caching or bad behavior by those plugins. If you deactivate or delete something from All in One SEO Pack it’s gone so nothing should show.
