    Hello,

I installed the plugin, seems to work fine, but after a few minutes all thumbnails were gone.

I have uninstalled the plugin, but that did not solve the issue.

    All help is appreciated.

    Regards,
    Pieter

    Hi Pieter,

I can absolutely guarantee that this problem can not be caused by my plugin. The plugin only changes how the 404 error page looks. It does not change anything else. 100% promised.

All the thumbnails result in an HTTP code 403 (Forbidden). It seems like the permissions of the upload folder or the server configuration (.htaccess) have been changed. If you are not familiar with FTP and how to check or fix that please contact your hosting provider for help.

    Is that helpful for you?

    Regards,
    Peter

    Thanks!

I found the error, it came from a BackUp plug-in.
That plug-in added a .htaccess file in the upload folder:
    The code in that file:
    DENY ALL

After deleting the backup plug-in the .htaccess file was not removed.

    Kind Regards,
    Pieter

    Thanks Peter,

I’ll surely install your plug-in again!
