All the right steps, but still not working

    This plug-in seems like a great idea. However, for me, it’s not working.

    I’m using WP 3.5.2
    I have installed the plug-in properly.
    I have an amazon.com affiliate account and have the proper access keys. I tripled checked this as well. All is good here.
    Thinking it was my theme, I tried three other themes from different designers.
    I tried using the post method and the short codes. Tried different ASIN and ISBN 10 codes.
    I still get nothing, no sign that the plugin is even installed on a post.

    Any other ideas, recommendations?

  • If you send me your site debug key (in the options) and the site URL, I can check what the problem is (do NOT post it here, send via email to [email protected]).

    Generally when this happens it is from one of two things – either the API call method cannot me made (because curl and fopen are turned off on the server settings) OR the API keys are not specific to the Product Advertising API.

    Even though you have triple checked the keys, make 100% sure they are Product Advertising Keys – if they are not, it will NOT work.
