I’m facing a problem with Yoast SEO, I’m using a static page as the Home page this is my website, https://www.appsecho.com, so I edit the page (Home) in SEO title with this %%sitename%% – %%sitedesc%%
and I add a meta description manually, when I use this Site:appsecho.com google shows me that all pages has the same %%sitename%% – %%sitedesc%% like this AppsEcho – iOS and Android Apps, Mobile Apps development. Which is my website name how to solve this ?

Mention that my website name does not show the meta description it’s showing just the site name

After reviewing the code for your site, you are outputting multiple meta description tags. This can cause a variety of problems including issues sharing content or having the incorrect description appear in Google.

The most common cause of duplicate descriptions is when a theme also outputs a description in the header. Please check your theme settings and turn off any SEO output. If the issue remains, please run a conflict check following the steps here: How To Check For Plugin Conflicts

Note: The support team is not active in the forums on a regular basis. The how and why of that is explained here.
