    Hi @sanjaymill,

    Thank you for using Optimole and I’m sorry to hear about this issue.

    I see that Optimole is no longer enabled on your website, would you mind enabling it again so we can take a look and investigate?

    You can also reach out to us directly here – https://optimole.com/#contact? Then, we can send our support plugin so you don’t need to keep Optimole enabled until we jump on your ticket if it causes issues.

    Thanks!

    Thank you for contacting us via the contact of on our website.

    I’ve replied to you there with the instructions to install our support plugin as Optimole is again disabled on your website, let’s continue the communication there.

    I am having the same issue I believe and this is what my console shows:
    Uncaught SyntaxError: unexpected token: identifieroptimole_lib_no_poly.min.js:1:8

    https://prnt.sc/114vvk8

    The image looks like this:
    https://prnt.sc/114vzo1

    The source image looks like this:
    https://prnt.sc/114w08y

    It appears like Optimole is not replacing the image properly once it has been loaded. This happens across 6-7 of our websites using Optimole 3.0.1 but not 3.0.0.

    Hi @d2roth,

    Thank you for contacting us via our page.

    I have just sent you a reply about your case after investigating it. Your account was disabled after it hit the 5000 monthly visits limit and rolling back to version 3.0.0 doesn’t make Optimole work again.

    I checked your websites where Optimole is activated and images are being redirected back to original URLs (not optimized versions of the images).

    If you have any other questions/concerns feel free to reply to the email that I sent you with more details about this case. Thanks!

    @sanjaymill,

    I see that images on your website, that are served by Optimole are also being redirected back to original URLs (might be the same case with the account being suspended for hitting the limit). If you think this is not correct, please reach out to us directly here – https://optimole.com/#contact by using your email address (used for registering in our service).

    Thanks!

    Then what is the solution?

    (@sanjaymill)

    And how can I reactivate my account?

    (@bvytis)

    You can upgrade your account in the dashboard – https://dashboard.optimole.com/dashboard/

    You should see a notification about the exceeding quota there and a button to upgrade your account.

    So I guess when I say version 3.0.1 doesn’t work I am saying that the images don’t redirect properly. They simply stay with a blurred version but if you open them in a new tab they will redirect. Even though in 3.0.0 when you have exceeded your limits the images aren’t optimized at least the original quality shows up. 3.0.1 doesn’t show the original quality and that is where I think it is not working.

    @d2roth Yeah right. Absolutely.

    Hi @sanjaymill and @d2roth,

    Thank you for reporting this, indeed there was an issue with images loading blurry when the account is deactivated instead of being redirected back to original URLs.

    This was now addressed on our end and shouldn’t occur again.

    Please keep in mind that this only stops showing blurry images but Optimole still doesn’t serve your images if the limit was reached and the account got deactivated.
    If you have any concerns how the visitors were counted for your account feel free to reach out to us via https://optimole.com/#contact for further investigation.

    Thanks!
