• We run about 60 websites, all on different servers with Plesk installed. Most of these use at least one CF7 form with reCAPTCHA v3 integration. All of the sudden most of these forms return a reCAPTCHA score of 0 (of all submissions) when submitting the form.

    What we’ve tried;

    • Disabling all other plugins and themes (no luck)
    • Switching to reCAPTCHA v2 (no luck)
    • Checking if any of our servers IPs are on any blacklist (they’re not)
    • Moving the treshold up or down (didn’t help)

    Some thing unusual

    • In some forms, typing out all the fields will result in a normal submission. But using the auto-fill from Chrome on either one field will result in the ‘spam’ error
    • Websites we’ve build that are not hosted on one of our Plesk server run perfectly (same theme, same version of reCAPTCHa, same (latest) plugins)
