All the Fields in The Steps are opened and no changes are saved

Hello, I tried using this plugin on my website and it looks completely different than how it looks on a Default WP site.
Here are the screenshots,
BadgesOS default without any addons

My WP Version is 4.4.2
BadgeOS 1.4.7
Latest Community and Learndash addonAs you can see, each and every field is opened and there is no way to select anyone of them and save.
I installed this plugin on Default website with version 4.4.2 and it worked without any problems.
Kindly help me
