All the fields changed into text field! Why?

    Me and my team just logged in to our projects some of were in our dev server and some live websites. All the fields were in text field, out of nowhere this happened?! I want to know why this happened?! The plugins were up to date and some were not. With in a blink of any eyes all the fields were changed to text field and I really want to know why and how this has happened!
