All that is left is the header, can't access site

  • My site is Cheaterbarsales.com and I am screwed. All that you see when going to the site is the header. It will not let me login and then there is no way to go to the back end. I am about to launch, this is a disaster. Anyone with help please do so. I updated the plugins that it said needed it and now i am screwed. If you go to the site you know what I do.   • Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
