All testimonials links not work II

Hello,
I can’t fix the problem with the testimonial links.
I tried the following:
-activate and then reactivate the testimonial plugin DOES NOT WORK
-disable all plugins DOES NOT WORK
-WordPress> Settings> Permalink “Save Changes” DOES NOT WORK-when I change to the other theme the links works without problems. LINKS WORK!
