my site is locally hosted within the company i work for so no link. I’ve created 6 or 7 different tables with tablepress, some of them 100 rows others 10 rows. When I logged in today all of my tables were cut off at the 7th row. Things I’ve tried to fix the problem:

    – temporary deleted all of my custom css
    – deactivated the plugin and activated it again

also, its worth mentioning that i can see the full tables if i preview the tables from the all tables tab of the plugin. i can also edit the full tables so the info is still there.

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

Could you please check the HTML source code of the page with the table (via “View source” in the browser). Does that contain the entire HTML code for the table, including the </table> HTML tag at the end?

My assumption here is that there’s a caching problem. So: Does this happen even if you are logged-in into WordPress and then view the table?

    Tobias

It’s no problem i love your plugin by the way. So all of the </table> tags are where they need to be, and yes this happens when I’m logged into wordpress.

in one particular example of the problem there are 48 rows in the table. The source code lists all 48 <tr>s but they still dont display.

    Hi,

    thanks for checking that!

Ok, that is really strange then! This could mean that some of the JS or CSS is hiding it.
Are you using the pagination feature for this table?

Does this also happen with the WordPress default theme TwentyThirteen?

omg thanks for saying that. i must be completely brain dead today. I recently built a table that’s partially hidden and it must be applying that rule to all of the tablepress tables as well. I’m sorry to waste your time on this but I’m glad I got to speak with you anyway!

    Hi,

ah, that explains it ?? No problem! Good to hear that you found the cause!
You were probably using the plain .tablepress selector, without the table ID, as in .tablepress-id-123?

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

P.S.: In case you haven’t, please rate TablePress here in the plugin directory. Thanks!
