At the bottom of the linked page we have a mc4wp form. All submissions to the form (and other forms in the website as well) are categorized as spam. It is weird why all this is going as spam (it is shown as so in the logs).
What could be the reason here?

    We are on:
    mc4wp premium : 3.3.15
    mc4wp : 4.7.3

    error message on the log:
[2019-12-04 15:24:14] INFO: Form 41912 > Submitted with errors: spam

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @hardfire,

Earlier we had used “ReCaptcha” but have removed it in the latest version. Please check in the form settings if you have enabled it. If you have, then please disable it and test again.

@hchouhan where exactly is the option to disable ReCaptcha?

    Hey @hardfire,

When you go to “MC4WP > Forms”, then click on the “Settings” tab and let me know if you see any “ReCaptcha” option there?

@hchouhan unfortunately not. the only options i see are the following

    – Mailchimp Settings
    – Lists this form subscribes to
    – Use double opt-in?
    – Update existing subscribers?
    – Subscriber tags

    – Form Behavior
    – Hide form after a successful sign-up?
    – Redirect to URL after successful sign-ups
    – Enable AJAX form submission?

    Hello,

I just tested your form again and was able to get the verification email from MailChimp.com to which I confirmed.

Can you test from a different email address?

@hchouhan For now i have done the following (so that the form works and we dont lose subscribers.)
    – disable ajax submission
    – disable the premium plugin (we have a premium)

    Hello,

Please note that “AJAX” form submission is part of the premium plugin. So if you disable premium plugin, AJAX would be disabled too.

Also, if you have an active license, then please update the premium plugin to the latest version and test again.

    @hchouhan
Yes, AJAX form submission is disabled. We get a 500 error for all submissions as soon as the premium plugin is enabled.
We have an active license and the plugin is at version 3.3.15.

As of now, as soon as the premium plugin is enabled, all submissions end with a 500

    Hello,

Please note that the latest version of our premium plugin is 4.7.3. If you have an active license, then please login to your website, download the latest version of our plugin and then manually update it.

Also, please note that www.remarpro.com does not allow the support of premium products on this platform. So you can directly email us the email address listed on https://mc4wp.com/contact/.
