• Hi,
I’m encountering an issue with all submissions being seen as spam when trying to use the V3 Recaptcha integration. I’ve used this before on another server and it has worked fine, the only difference in this case is my web server platform is OpenLiteSpeed rather than Apache.

For now I’ve had to go back to the V2 Recaptcha function by installing the “ReCaptcha v2 for Contact Form 7” plugin. However, I’d really like to use the V3 Recaptcha.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I’m aware of potential issues with Contact Form 7 and the caching functions that OpenLiteSpeed can provide but I’ve tested without caching on just to make sure that’s not the issue and the problem exists regardless of caching being on or off.

Where can we see the website in question?

    Hi Takayuki, thanks for replying!

I was going to send you a link to view the form but as I had installed the “ReCaptcha v2 for Contact Form 7” plugin to get the form working I went and removed it and then set up new Recaptcha keys in the Google admin. After putting in these new V3 Recaptcha keys the form seems to be submitting ok now!

So I guess for now I’ll keep an eye on it, I know before when it was failing to send it was failing for other people in other locations and not just me on my computer, so it definitely didn’t seem like it was just seeing me as a spammer somehow. Is there anyway I can debug it if it does start seeing submissions as spam again?

    Thanks for your help!
