All subdomain url links to main domain

    Hello All,
    I have multi site with latest wordpress.

    In my subdomain there was many pages.
    But it can see its url with maindomain !

    For ex :
    Main domain : abc.com
    Subdomain : sub-abc.com

    so now when I will be at sub-abc.com and on hover of any page/menu link of this subdoamin,

    it can show me like, abc.com/test
    Where it must be show like, sub-abc.com/test

    I have check its permalink at admin side, it can show correct (sub-abc.com/test), but at front end it can wrong

    Can you please help me how can I sort it out

  • You can’t be arbitrary with domain names…

    Did you register a domain called sub-abc.com? You’ll need to map sub-abc.com to your WordPress installation then.

    Else you’ll need to use something like sub.domain.com (notice the dot instead of a dash).

    Dashes are supposed to be ‘legal’ in a domain name which would make them illegal as a separator for a subdomain if that was what you were thinking.

    You can’t be arbitrary with domain names…

    I have just sort out it myself.

    When I have setup WP in my system, I have just overwrite/replace all the url of each subdoamin site, with single url, so it can display same in every site.
