Could you go to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and then scroll down to the bottom of the page? You should find a link named “Debug”. Once you click on that link scroll down to the bottom of the Debug page until you find the email address of the WordPress.com account currently linked to your site
Is that email address the same as the one listed here?

If it’s not, you’re logged in to another WordPress.com account, and you’ll consequently need to log out, and log back in using the account you originally used to connect Jetpack to WordPress.com.
If you don’t see any email addresses on that page, it means that Jetpack is not connected to WordPress.com yet. You can connect it by clicking on the green connect button at the top of the Jetpack menu.
