all site pages/posts are forced to use SSL after WordPress 4.0 upgrade

  • After upgrading to WordPress 4.0, I have been experiencing problems with the plugin. I’m still looking into it, but something has changed in 4.0 that is causing redirect loops on the WP login page as well as the home page.

    Prior to WP 4.0 I used this plugin, and it worked like a charm.

    I’ve been looking at alternatives for the last few days, but no luck yet.

    Please help.

    WP 4.0 shouldn’t impact this plugin at all. Did you add any other plugin to your site? Go to the settings of this plugin and turn off the feature and save it. Then turn it back on (so it re-write the rules). Do you see any difference?
