All Shortcodes Stopped Working After Upgrading to WP 4.1

I’ve having the same problem! Being trying to solve it in the past few hours and I’m about to lose my mind.

The same problem. Nothing happends when i’m push for example spoilers. And on products page button “Insert shortcode” don’t working.

Managed to solve this in a weird way.
Try to duplicate one of your pages containing Shortcodes, give it another name and add it to your primary menu. Update, clear cache and afterwards everything should work fine and you can delete the copied page. I have no idea why it works, but it does.

In my case, it was a jquery conflict. When I removed the following line of code from my footer.php file, it worked.

<script type=”text/javascript” src=”<?php bloginfo(‘template_directory’); ?>/js/jquery-1.11.2.js”></script>)

I hope this helps as I know how frustrating this was!
